We want Greymont Prep to actually help you study, not feel like a stuck subscription. If the product is not working for you, here is how refunds and cancellations work.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide within 7 days of your first paid charge that Greymont Prep is not the right fit, you can request a full refund. No justification needed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until that date. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you chose (monthly or annual). Refunds on automatic renewals are offered within 7 days of the renewal charge if you did not intend to renew. After that window, the current billing period is not refunded, but you can still cancel so no further renewals occur.
Beta access granted through an invite code is free. There is nothing to refund. Beta access simply expires at the end of the period granted by the code.
Send us a message through the contact form with the email on your account and a note that you want a refund. We process refund requests within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeated signup-then-refund cycles, or accounts flagged for violating the terms of service).
