Greymont Prep uses your account, study, and billing data to deliver personalized CFA study plans, adaptive practice, tutoring, and support. We only collect what we need to run the product and improve the learning experience.
We may collect your account details, study activity, diagnostic answers, practice results, payment status, device/browser information, and support messages. If you use AI features, your prompts and responses may be processed to generate feedback, explanations, and study recommendations.
We use your information to create and update your study plan, personalize question difficulty, track progress, operate billing, send essential service emails, prevent abuse, and understand product performance so we can improve the app.
Greymont Prep relies on service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery, and analytics and AI providers to help run key product features. Those providers only receive the data needed to perform their services for us.
We keep account and study-history data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
